Aldric Jahouel
Director Development and Construction management

Aldric Jahouel joined Flagler in 2019 to take charge of construction and project management.  His responsibilities range from ground-up developments to all major capital projects accross Flagler’s portfolios in the US and Europe.

Before joining Flagler, Mr. Jahouel was Director at Americaribe, the wholly-owned Subsidiary of Bouygues Construction in United States, managing projects in the US and the Caribbean. Prior to be transferred to the US, Mr. Jahouel was Head of Estimating for Bouygues UK based in London, overseeing a team of 13 estimators and working on projects in excess of £1.5B in construction costs and spanning from high end residential, to office, hotel, education and healthcare. From 2008 through 2013, Mr. Jahouel was Methods and Scheduling Department Manager for VCES, a Bouygues subsidiary in the Czeck Republic. Mr. Jahouel started his career in France where he worked for Enitec before joining Bouygues Batiment Ile de France in 2000.
