Executive Vice-President / Project & Construction Management
Aldric Jahouel joined Flagler in 2019 to head up the construction and development management activities. His responsibilities range from ground-up developments to all major capital projects.
Before joining Flagler, Mr. Jahouel was Director at Americaribe, the wholly-owned Subsidiary of Bouygues Construction in United States, managing projects in the US and the Caribbean. Prior to be transferred to the US, Mr. Jahouel was Head of Estimating for Bouygues UK based in London, overseeing a team of 13 estimators and working on projects in excess of £1.5B in construction costs and spanning from high end residential, to office, hotel, education and healthcare. From 2008 through 2013, Mr. Jahouel was Methods and Scheduling Department Manager for VCES, a Bouygues subsidiary in the Czeck Republic. Mr. Jahouel started his career in France where he worked for Enitec before joining Bouygues Batiment Ile de France in 2000.
Mr. Jahouel holds an undergraduate and a master degree in civil engineering from IUFR, le Havre, France. He also received an MBA from Institut Franco-Tchèque de Gestion at the University of Economy in Prague.
