Our Competitive Advantage Arises From Analytics Models That Allow Us To Predict and Optimize Investment Outcomes
While many real estate firms continue to make decisions based on a combination of intuition and retrospective data, Flagler has built advanced-analytics models for predicting healthcare needs and optimizing investment outcomes. These analytic platforms allow Flagler to have a deeply informed and holistic understanding of the forces driving healthcare real estate.
In 2014 Flagler acquired Prime Healthcare Analytics from Konica Minolta (“Prime”). Prime is a one stop shop cloud-based healthcare market intelligence application comprised of algorithms, multiple data sources and terabytes of claims, clinical, socio-economic, psychographic and medical real estate data, designed to provide readily actionable reports. In 2019 Flagler upped its game and developed an even more robust proprietary IT infrastructure to integrate siloed information and unstructured data. With our new Model, we can see what was previously invisible and further improve operations, strategy and performance.
