Our Development Team manages the whole continuum of real estate development from land acquisition through design, leasing, construction and management. THE PHILADELPHIA NEUROLOGIC INSTITUTE

Flagler in partnership with the Global Neurosciences Institute is in the process of developing The Philadelphia Neurologic Institute™ (PNI), a  300,000 sqf standalone, dedicated neuroscience center that will attract nationally recognized clinicians and be comprised of state-of–the-art research, inpatient and outpatient clinical and rehabilitation facilities, combined with on-site, dedicated office and lab space for innovative, private industry neurosciences companies and startups which employ true thought leaders. PNI’s mission is to create the collaborative environment necessary to advance the field of neurosciences, thereby delivering the most advanced care to the patient. It will become a national and international destination for patients requiring advanced neurosciences treatments and care.

CURTNER STATION – SAN JOSE

Flagler is part of the development consortium with Bayview Development Group and CBNA that was awarded the development rights on the Curtner Station in San Jose. The Group intends to develop the site into a 500,000 sqf Health Center comprised of a 240,000 sqf Healthplex and 118 senior living units.
