Flagler acquires Orthopedic Associates’ main medical campus, an Orthopedic Center of Excellence with Diagnostics, Imaging, Outpatient Surgery, Fitness and Rehabilitation capabilities.

Structured as a partial Sale-&-Lease Back, Flagler acquires this 56,160 sqf integrated orthopaedic center anchored by Orthopedic Associates, one of St. Louis leading musculoskeletal practices. The physicians remained with 20% of the ownership for alignment of interest. This unique ecosystem also includes a newly upgraded 15,000 sqf USPI-operated Surgery Center as well as a 6,500 sqft physical therapy and training centre managed and leased by SSM Health.
