Flagler in partnership with four of South Florida premier medical practices, acquires a vacant 30,340 sqf MOB formerly known as El Clair Medical Center.

The asset was acquired 100% vacant. Upon Closing 100% of the property was leased to four of Palm Beach top medical practices with 10-year terms. Physicians from the 4 practices invested 50% of the required equity. Within 12 months the Asset was fully refurbished and converted into an integrated and dedicated Center for Orthopedic, Rheumatology and Endocrinology (“CORE”) to create a one-stop-shop for patients suffering from diabetes and other chronic conditions.
