Flagler in partnership with the physicians leading the operation, acquires the South Texas Surgical Hospital

Flagler acquires Bethesda Health City, Florida’s largest “medical mall” with 133,000 sqf and develop an additional 36,000 sqf.

Flagler acquired the PAM Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Round Rock, Texas. This newly built IRF offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient therapy services to communities surrounding Austin, Texas.

Flagler in partnership with OCPBC acquired the JFK Medical Center.

The Orthopedic And Spine Inpatient Surgical Hospital “OASIS” is a modern, 64-bed orthopedic hospital with 8 state-of-the-art operating rooms, located minutes away from Downtown and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Flagler acquires four newly-built medical office buildings and ASC in Central California, anchored by University Orthopedics under Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG). The assets totaling approximately 60,000 sqf, are 100% occupied.

October 15, 2020, Flagler acquired the 69,000 sqf Post Acute Medical (PAM) IRF and LTACH located in Corpus Christi, Texas. 

Flagler structured the sale-and-lease-back of 17 condo units through direct negotiations with the 17 condo owners. This 52,157 sqf MOB is a primary care hub with a convenient drive-through pharmacy on the ground floor.
