Our portfolio includes high-quality inpatient and outpatient properties such as Medical Office Buildings, Outpatient Surgery Centers and Hospitals.  As Investment Manager, our goal is to deliver stable and growing distributions to our investors while protecting them against downside risk. Investment Criteria

Flagler acquires  mostly stabilized outpatient and specialized inpatient healthcare facilities leased to leading national or regional medical providers with a particular focus on high acuity subspecialties such as Orthopaedics, Cardiovascular, Oncology and  Neurosciences and located in the top “Health-Based Statistical Areas”.  Our investment and development strategies use a value creation approach with proprietary market intelligence, co-investment with providers and in-house management and leasing platform to drive earnings growth, capitalize on synergies and build lasting tenant relationships.
