Didier Choukroun

Didier Choukroun has been involved in all phases of the firm’s development since its founding in 1995. He leverages more than 20 years of diversified real estate experience in overseeing the Group's operations and management. 

Didier served previously as a partner at Miami-based Colliers International. Before joining Colliers International, Didier was managing director of the multinational French real estate development company, Bouygues Immobilier (www.Bouygues.com). During his 5-year tenure at Bouygues, Didier coordinated the development of over $500 Million of office, retail and entertainment projects in Paris, Madrid and Barcelona.

Prior to Bouygues, Didier served as development manager for Club Méditerrannée S.A. based in Rio de Janeiro, where he was responsible for acquiring and overseeing the development of new resorts in South America. Didier began his professional career as an attaché to the French Embassy in Havana, Cuba, where he served as the commercial and cultural liaison between France and Cuba.

A former first vice president of the French-American Chamber of Commerce, Didier has been a Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government since 2006. Didier has also served as President of the Board of Directors and is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Sephardic Congregation of Florida.  He is Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.

Chris Coots

As co-founder and managing partner of Flagler Investment, Chris is intimately involved in all aspects of the Groups operations with an emphasis on the private equity and brokerage operations.

With more than 25 years of investment expertise and commercial brokerage, Chris has been involved in real estate transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. He has consistently been recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in the State of Florida, and has received numerous  State and National recognition awards. An expert in the office market arena and the technology sector, Chris has extensive ties and relationships within the commercial brokerage and investment industry throughout the United States. These key alliances enable him to deploy the appropriate resources for a particular acquisition or assignment at a moment's notice.

Chris also served previously as Senior Vice President for CBRE and was their top office broker in the Miami office .  Prior to CBRE, Chris was a director at Colliers International.

Esther Egozi Choukroun

Esther Egozi Choukroun is the Chief Financial Officer of the group and is also responsible for the oversight of the firm's legal and administrative affairs.

In addition to executive leadership, Esther brings to her position a wealth of experience in financial compliance and in the structuring and placement of debt and equity transactions.

Esther currently serves on the board of directors of Perfumania Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PERF - www.perfumania.com) and was previously a member of the board of directors of Parlux Fragrances, Inc. (2000-2012 NASDAQ: PARL – www.parlux.com). In addition to having served as Chairman of the Nominating Committee of Parlux Fragrances, Inc., she was a member of the Audit, Compensation and Independent Committees. 

Esther was formerly Senior Vice President & Deputy General Manager of Banque Nationale de Paris, Miami Agency (1984-1996 www.BNPparibas.com), specializing in Private Banking, Trade Finance and Domestic Lending.   From 1997 through 1999, she was Director of International Philanthropy at the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation (www.MSMCFoundation.org), and through 2002 was Executive Director of the Women's International Zionist Organization (WIZO) for Florida (www.wizofl.org).  

Esther currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Scott Rakow Youth Center, which is run by the Parks & Recreation Department of the City of Miami Beach.  

Esther received her BA Degree in Finance and International Business from FIU in 1984, graduating summa cum laude and elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.  She is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Herve Puyplat

Hervé Puyplat joined Flagler Investment as Partner in charge of the Healthcare Division.

Prior to joining Flagler Investment, Hervé was Director of Real Estate at Vitalia Group, a Blackstone company (www.groupe-vitalia.com). Vitalia is the second largest Healthcare Organization in France. Vitalia owns and operates 47 private hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery and rehabilitation centers, totaling 4 million square feet and 200 acres of land, serving over 2,500 independent physicians and 7,000 healthcare employees. Hervé was responsible for this asset management of a portfolio estimated at $650M.

Before Vitalia, Hervé was Director of Development at Kaufman and Broad (www.ketb.com), the former French subsidiary of US based KB Homes, in charge of developing mix use projects including nursing homes and senior housing.

Hervé started his real estate career in the development of high-end single family homes for a family-owned venture. He is fluent in English and French, and proficient in Spanish.

Vivian Doria

Vivian Doria oversees the asset operations and property management of Flagler Investment Property Group. In this capacity, Vivian performs asset and property management functions of the company which include: developing, implementing and monitoring investment business plans, enhancing property value and maximizing efficiencies through all aspects of property operations, tenant relations programs, strategic planning and cost-effective building enhancement programs, accounting and financial reporting. Vivian’s duties also include the coordination and supervision of on-site managers and engineers, vendors, contractors and consultants.
 
Vivian has extensive experience in financial reporting, public accounting and property management disciplines. Vivian served previously as Operations Manager at a South Florida premier real estate investment and management company.  She is fluent in English and Spanish.
