As Founder and Managing Partner of Flagler Investment Property Group ("FIPG"), Didier leverages more than 25 years of real estate experience in developing the firm’s strategy and overseeing operations with a more particular focus on development and investment activities.
Didier is also the Founder and CEO of FI Healthcare Analytics, a state-of-the-art proprietary healthcare market intelligence system that allows its clients to access unparalleled medical data from hundreds of data sources to easily understand and visualize medical markets within a desktop application.
Didier is also a Shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Dr. Smood Group Inc, (www.drsmood.com) a new retail concept that provides healthy/organic food & beverage in a cool and trendy atmosphere.
Prior to founding FIPG in 1995, Didier served as a Partner at Miami-based Colliers International and was responsible for the development of Colliers throughout Latin America and the management of key corporate relationships within the Region. Previously, Didier was Managing Director of the Spanish subsidiary of the French multinational real estate development company, Bouygues Immobiler (www.Bouygues.com). During his 5-year tenure at Bouygues, Didier coordinated the development of office and retail projects in Madrid and Barcelona. Prior to Bouygues, Didier served as Development Manager for Rio de Janeiro-based Club Mediterrannée, where he was responsible for acquiring and overseeing the development of new resorts in South America. Didier began his professional career as an attaché to the French Embassy in Havana, Cuba, where he served as the commercial and cultural liaison between France and Cuba.
Didier is a Board Member of the Board of Directors of Americaribe, the fully owned US subsidiary of Bouygues Batiment International. He has been a trade advisor, or Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur, to the French Government since 2006. Didier has also served as President of the Board of Directors and he is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Temple Moses - The Sephardic Congregation of Florida.
He is Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
As President of Flagler Investment Realty, Chris is more particularly focusing on all aspects of the Group's brokerage operations.
With more than 25 years of investment expertise and commercial brokerage, Chris has been involved in real estate transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. He has consistently been recognized as one of the top commercial brokers in the State of Florida, and has received numerous State and National recognition awards. An expert in the office market arena and the technology sector, Chris has extensive ties and relationships within the commercial brokerage and investment industry throughout the United States. These key alliances enable him to deploy the appropriate resources for a particular acquisition or assignment at a moment's notice.
Chris also served previously as Senior Vice President for CBRE and was their top office broker in the Miami office . Prior to CBRE, Chris was a director at Colliers International.
Hervé Puyplat joined Flagler Investment in 2010 to spearhead the development of Flagler Investment Healthcare. Herve is also the President of FI Healthcare Analytics, Flagler Investment's Healthcare Market Intelligence Platform.
Prior to joining Flagler Investment, Hervé was Director of Real Estate at Vitalia Group, a Blackstone company (www.groupe-vitalia.com). Vitalia is the second largest Healthcare Organization in France. Vitalia owns and operates 47 private hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery and rehabilitation centers, totaling 4 million square feet and 200 acres of land, serving over 2,500 independent physicians and 7,000 healthcare employees. Hervé was responsible for this asset management of a portfolio estimated at $650M.
Before Vitalia, Hervé was Director of Development at Kaufman and Broad (www.ketb.com), the former French subsidiary of US based KB Homes, in charge of developing mix use projects including nursing homes and senior housing.
Hervé started his real estate career in the development of high-end single family homes for a family-owned venture. He is fluent in English and French, and proficient in Spanish.
Esther Egozi Choukroun is the Chief Financial Officer of the group and is also responsible for the oversight of the firm's legal and administrative affairs.
In addition to executive leadership, Esther brings to her position a wealth of experience in financial compliance and in the structuring and placement of debt and equity transactions.
Esther currently serves on the board of directors of Perfumania Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PERF - www.perfumania.com) and was previously a member of the board of directors of Parlux Fragrances, Inc. (2000-2012 NASDAQ: PARL – www.parlux.com). In addition to having served as Chairman of the Nominating Committee of Parlux Fragrances, Inc., she was a member of the Audit, Compensation and Independent Committees.
Esther was formerly Senior Vice President & Deputy General Manager of Banque Nationale de Paris, Miami Agency (1984-1996 www.BNPparibas.com), specializing in Private Banking, Trade Finance and Domestic Lending. From 1997 through 1999, she was Director of International Philanthropy at the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation (www.MSMCFoundation.org), and through 2002 was Executive Director of the Women's International Zionist Organization (WIZO) for Florida (www.wizofl.org).
Esther currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Scott Rakow Youth Center, which is run by the Parks & Recreation Department of the City of Miami Beach.
Esther received her BA Degree in Finance and International Business from FIU in 1984, graduating summa cum laude and elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Dr. Eli H. Karlin joined Flagler Investment Property Group in 2014 in charge of the expansion of FI Healthcare Analytics, the groups Healthcare Information Technology platform. Eli became a Partner in 2017 in charge of the national expansion of the FIH platform. Eli Leverages a unique combination of real world business and finance experience with extensive medical training and knowledge. Eli is passionate about the future of healthcare and intersection of medicine and technology.
Eli serves on the Board of Directors of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) South Florida chapter (www.sfhef.com), with a mission to improve healthcare delivery by providing opportunities for the professional development of its members through education and social activities.
Eli also serves on the Board of Advisors for Florida International University; Healthcare Programing (www.fiu.edu). Florida International University healthcare programs provide the knowledge and skills necessary for management careers in various healthcare service organizations.
Dr. Karlin has been published in several medicine and technology publications and continues his research efforts in healthcare. Prior to joining Flagler Investment, Eli spent time as a consultant with several organizations in the healthcare and technology industry including, Xromb Inc, a leading Near Field Communications (NFC) Provider.

Lee is a Founding Partner of FI Healthcare Analytics.
Lee has more than twenty years of systems consulting and practice management experience. Executive management includes CEO, COO, CTO, CIO, Practice Manager, and Director of Information Systems for large global enterprises and emerging businesses. He has engineered and executed key systems for companies such as Computer Language Research, BankOne, Warrantech, MedSynergies, Patriot American/Wyndham International, Arthur Andersen, Montecito Investment Company, and Motorola.
Prior to FI Healthcare Analytics, Lee founded and led Dominion Technology Partners, Inc., a Dallas-based provider of management information systems. As a principal consultant Lee led numerous companies in the areas of information technology strategy and planning, disaster recovery, enterprise resource management, database development and administration, application development, infrastructure, and e-commerce development. Previously as a Director at Computer Language Research, a software development company, where he managed 50 technical staff members and led the development and marketing of a major national tax product. Prior to this position, Lee was Information Systems Director at IMCO Recycling, Inc., the largest recycler of Aluminum and Magnesium.
Lee is an experienced and respected Entrepreneur, Technology Officer, Project Manager, Systems Architect, and Database Administrator. His technical skills span across multiple platforms and infrastructures. Lee was a key member of Arthur Andersen’s systems development group that focused on the medical industry.

Brian Brinley is a partner of FI Healthcare Analytics.
Prior to Joining FI Healthcare Analytics, Brian has provided Information Technology infrastructure and application guidance and implementation to Regional and National organizations for the past 16 years from the South Florida Area.
Brian Brinley started his Information Technology career in the development of Local and Wide area Networking as well as Application development to support web, mobile, B2B and B2C models, with experience in Hospitality, Insurance, Legal, Medical, Real Estate and Retail workspaces.
