Vivian Doria Ferino joined Flagler Investment Property Group in 2011 to oversee the asset and property management division. Prior to joining Flagler, Vivian worked in a variety of accounting and financial reporting positions in prominent South Florida real estate companies. She has over 15 years’ experience in property and asset management, construction management and construction accounting, dealing with both renovations and new construction.

Cheryl Anders, RN,. Joined Flagler Investment Healthcare in 2017 as a Senior Vice President in charge of Corporate Account. Cheryl is a seasoned healthcare executive with a wide range of experience and achievement in strategic planning, operations, management, compliance and risk management, process improvement, leadership training, enhancing the patient experience, branding, marketing, public relations and corporate culture integration. She started her career as a registered nurse and practiced in numerous clinical settings ranging from medical oncology to trauma. Realizing that her passion was to use her clinical skills and medical acumen in a progressive and influential way – to make a difference in health care access and impact on nationwide industry growth – she entered the field of hospital management as a strategist, business developer, and operations administrator. Since 1990, Cheryl has been instrumental in positioning hospitals and physician practices by focusing on patient care initiatives and outcomes, enhancing corporate culture and developing unique, progressive system platforms nimble enough to withstand change. Prior to joining FIH, Cheryl has held leadership roles in Tenet and Universal Health Services management team in South Florida. Over the course of her hospital administration career she has worked with hundreds of physician groups establishing practices and then helping to ensure their business success. From competitive advantage to practice location and design to business operations, Cheryl has earned tremendous respect in South Florida medical community.
Cheryl is also Partner and Chief Innovation Officer at Think Big Health Care Solutions, a national boutique healthcare consulting firm that focuses on improving cash flow and sustainability. Cheryl Anders holds a Bachelor in Science in Nursing from Alfred University. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association; American College of Health Care Executives; Business Partner with the Palm Beach County School District; founding board member of Wellington Cares Organization, first Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) in South Florida; board member of the Central Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce; board member and Vice Chair of the Central Palm Beach Community Foundation.
Atlee Joined Flagler Investment Realty in 2015 to leverage his relationships with Institutional Investors and Lenders and focus on investment sales and the restructuring of complex REOs.
Prior to joining Flagler Investment Healthcare, Atlee worked for Coldwell Banker, specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Atlee worked for Pfizer Pharmaceutical, developing strong connections with physician groups and hospital systems.
Atlee is a three-time Canadian Olympic sprinter. His personal best time of 20.17 for the 200 metres, was a Canadian record until Aaron Brown broke the record on 30 May 2014.
Michael joined Flagler Investment Realty's Tenant Representation Group in 2012 . He is particularly focused on representing medical systems and large physician groups throughout the State of Florida, as well as regional and national office tenants.
Prior to joining Flagler Investment Michael worked as a real estate broker at Keller Williams and CBRE where he started his career.
